At the Ukraine House in the USA, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the United States, Oksana Markarova, together with her colleagues Katja Smagliy and Marianna Falkova, opened the photo exhibition “Relentless Courage: Ukraine and The World at War”.

The team of the Ukrainian Veterans Foundation Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine took part in the opening: Executive Director Natalia Ricabal Kalmykova, employees of the UVF Tetiana Shvydchenko, Olena Prikhno, Director General of the Director General of the Directorate of Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, Alina Maslo, Head of Veterans Council Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine and active service Volodymyr Laguta, veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war and active service Alexandr Morozov, veteran, co-founder of the Ukrainian Women Veteran Movement Yulia Kirillova, mother of the defender of “Azovstal” Dmytro “Orest” Kozatsky Iryna Yurchenko.

Created by Pulitzer Prize-nominated journalists, this photo exhibition clearly shows the face of war at the frontline. These works are included in a book published by Michael Edrington and Blue Star Press.

According to Oksana Markarova: “The works of Pulitzer Prize-winning journalists very eloquently show the face of war at the frontline. These photos are included in the book of the same name, the idea of ​​which publication belongs to our partner Michael Edrington and the publishing house Blue Star Press, and for which I had the honor to write the foreword. I am proud to have the photos of our Dmytro “Orest” Kozatskyi (including on the cover) and Max Levin in the book alongside the Pulitzer laureates.”
